I have a better understanding of how to diet. But I would not call it dieting it’s more of a long term lifestyle change for me. I understand that this is not short term and I want to do this for life. The low calorie restrictive diets are definitely not a good way to loose weight long term. I have learned to eat healthier and just be conscious of what you eat and how much. My relationship with food is a lot better since I can moderately eat what I thought was bad food and not feel guilty about eating eat. Food is there for us to eat and survive, it’s up to us to figure out what foods make us feel sick or fatigued and continue eating the food that gives us more energy and not tired or sluggish.
